Valuation Type

Valuation Type is used to identify the nature of the valuation entered in the associated Valuation field.  The term used in this field affects how the Latest Valuation is calculated.

Terms for Valuation Type are:

oInsurance (INS) - This often reflects the replacement cost.

oInternal (INT) - This often reflects the asset value of the object.

oValuation - both Insurance and Internal (BTH)

Searching

Search this field with a Select Statement.

Reporting

Down the page reporting: Expand 'Valuation (latest value with details)' or 'Valuation (all values with details)', and select 'Type'.

Across the page reporting: Select one of the 'Valuation Type' options.

Sorting is available for this field, select 'Valuation Type'.
